User Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. AI-Generated Content: The ownership of content generated by the AI Content Repurposer belongs to you. However, we make no claims regarding copyright protection for AI-generated content, as laws regarding AI-generated works are still evolving in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI-generated content complies with applicable copyright laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
