Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Assisthub. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Assisthub provides AI-powered tools for transforming and repurposing content across different platforms and formats. The Service is designed to assist with content creation and is not intended to replace human oversight and judgment.

You are responsible for all content you submit to the Service. When using Assisthub, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit
  • Generate content that promotes illegal activities, weapons, or illegal substances

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Assisthub and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content: Ownership of content generated by Assisthub belongs to you. We make no claims regarding copyright protection for AI-generated works, as laws regarding AI outputs are still evolving in many jurisdictions.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Assisthub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
  • The accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content

4. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Assisthub does not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
  • The AI-generated content will be accurate, useful, or appropriate for your needs

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service may use third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of the Service is subject to compliance with the terms of those third-party providers. You are responsible for providing your own API keys when required and for ensuring your usage complies with applicable rate limits.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
